Renovation and partial thermal modernisation of the Tuszyn forester’s lodge

Summary

Kolumna Forest District is procuring renovation and partial thermal modernisation of the occupied single-family forester’s lodge at Poddębina 7 in Tuszyn. The works include insulating the roof, basement ceiling and external walls; repairing chimneys and interior finishes; replacing doors, bathroom fittings and central-heating components; renewing floors; and installing external sewerage and a sealed 10 m³ wastewater tank. The building must remain occupied during the works, with uninterrupted access to domestic hot water. The contract is not divided into lots and is to be completed within 90 days of signing.
