Krakow City Development Agency is procuring renovation, modernisation, reconstruction and adaptation works to part of the ground floor of the building at 19 Kopernika Street, including a change in the use of the premises. The works also cover alterations to window and door openings, installation of water, sewerage and central heating systems on the ground floor and in the basement, construction and heritage conservation works, and obtaining the final occupancy permit. The procurement is a single, indivisible contract with no lots.
