Energy-efficiency improvements to the school and preschool building in Jeżów

Summary

The Municipality of Jeżów is procuring design-and-build works to improve the energy efficiency of its school and preschool building. The works include preparing complete design documentation, insulating the walls and roof, upgrading the heating system and installing a heat pump while retaining the existing gas boilers for peak demand. A 9.9 kW photovoltaic system will also be installed, lighting will be replaced with LED fittings, and the windows and exterior doors will be renewed. The procurement is a single, undivided contract; the building must remain in use during the works, which are to be completed within 8 months of contract signature.
