Development of sports infrastructure in Chełmek: reconstruction and construction of sports facilities

Summary

The Municipality of Chełmek is procuring a single, integrated package of construction works for sports facilities in the area of Broniewskiego and Krakowska streets. The works include a permanent grandstand and stairs, a membrane canopy over the grandstand, a commentators' booth and access to it, and internal and external installations. The covered grandstand has a planned footprint of 277 m², and the commentators' booth has a usable area of 11.05 m². The contract also includes removing a tree that obstructs access and planting a replacement, as well as preparing the as-built geodetic survey; the works must be completed within 7 months of contract signing.
