Winter maintenance of streets and parking areas, 2026/2027

Summary

The Housing Management Authority of Bielsko-Biała is procuring winter maintenance services for streets, parking areas, building access roads and refuse shelters during the 2026/2027 winter season, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers 8,303 m² in Area I and Lot 2 covers 11,206 m² in Area II; each lot includes an estimated 21 work cycles, comprising 10 snow-clearance cycles and 11 anti-icing cycles. The work includes snow removal and, where necessary, hauling snow away, breaking ice, and spreading sand or road salt.
