Office Room Renovation Works

Summary

Poland’s Ministry of Digital Affairs is procuring comprehensive renovation and construction works in its office premises at 27 Królewska Street in Warsaw. The scope includes demolition, building and installation works, and finishing, including electrical, telecommunications and sanitary installations, floors and walls, ceilings, doors, windows, window coverings, signs and fixed furniture. The price schedule groups the works into three categories, but the procurement is not divided into lots. The base contract is valued at PLN 4,000,000 gross, with an optional scope of up to PLN 2,900,000; the base term is up to 14 months and use of the option may extend it by up to a further 13 months.
