Demolition works for the refurbishment and extension of Building A-2 at Poznan University of Technology

Summary

Poznan University of Technology is procuring phased demolition and protective works at Building A-2 on the WARTA Campus, Piotrowo 5, in Poznan. The scope includes demolishing the connecting structure and part of the lecture-hall pavilion, removing conflicting building services and interior elements, protecting retained structures, and handling materials and waste. Demolition of underground sections will be staged and coordinated with construction of the new U1 section; construction of the planned atrium, main hall and U1 structure is excluded. The procurement is not divided into lots, and partial bids are not allowed.
