Construction of the Local Integration Centre in Karolinowo – Stage I

Summary

Płońsk County is procuring the first-stage construction works for a local integration centre building in Karolinowo. The works include tree felling and demolition of the existing building, earthworks and foundations, foundation insulation using 15 cm-thick insulation, a concrete floor base, a sewer connection and sealed concrete tank, and load-bearing walls up to plinth level. The scope also includes surveying and securing the completed stage for the next phase of construction; the works must be completed by 14 December 2026. The procurement is not divided into lots.
