Renovation of the SPA area at the BOSiR Family Swimming Pool

Summary

The Białystok Sports and Recreation Centre is commissioning renovation works in the SPA area of the BOSiR Family Swimming Pool at 1a Stromej Street in Białystok. The works include redesigning the salt cave to create an infrared sauna and a shower vestibule, relocating the existing sun-lounger beds and lamps, installing a dry Finnish sauna, and building a cold-water plunge pool. The contract also covers demolition, building, finishing and structural works, as well as upgrades to water treatment, water and sewage, electrical and ventilation systems. The procurement is not divided into lots; the first stage is due by 25 June 2027 and the second by 12 July 2027.
