The City of Bielsko-Biała and its municipal housing authority are procuring the renovation of eight vacant apartments in three lots. Lot 1 covers the apartments at Jana Kochanowskiego 1A/4, Jana Kochanowskiego 1/4 and NMP Królowej Polski 7/18; Lot 2 covers Cicha 8/2, Juliusza Słowackiego 2/3 and Piastowska 18/6; Lot 3 covers Jaskrowa 13/38 and Relaksowa 16/52. The renovation includes building and installation works, with supplies and preparation of energy performance certificates also included where specified for the lot.
