Renovation of the Brzozówka forester’s residence and conversion of its heat source

Summary

Spychowo Forest District is procuring renovation of the Brzozówka forester’s residence and conversion of its heat source in two parts. The renovation includes interior finishing, floors, tiling, electrical installations, and upgrades to plumbing and sanitary fixtures. The heat-source works include removal of existing boiler-room equipment and installation of a new 30 kW boiler fired by pellets and split firewood, together with heating and water-system equipment, pipework, and underfloor heating.
