Wymiarki Forest District is procuring the reconstruction and change of use of the building at 7 Leśna Street in Wymiarki to accommodate three forest offices and forest education rooms. The works include a comprehensive building renovation, structural and roof alterations, interior finishing, and upgrades to the water and sewerage, heating, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, air-conditioning, electrical and low-voltage systems. Site development works are excluded; the planned completion period is 12 months from contract signature.
