Construction of a fence at the Lubaczów Museum warehouse building

Summary

The tender concerns construction work around the warehouse building of the Kresy Museum in Lubaczów, principally the construction of a perimeter fence. The scope must be taken from the design documents and technical specifications; the offer is to be priced on a cost-estimate basis, and the works must be completed by 22 December 2026. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty period for 40%; the warranty must be at least 36 months, with higher scores for offers of 48 or 60 months. The bid must include the offer form, a priced bill of quantities, an exclusion declaration and proof of the PLN 4,500 tender guarantee. Everyone carrying out construction work must be employed under an employment contract. Before signing, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross offer price.
