Supply of wood pellets to the Rokitno Social Welfare Home in 2027

The tender concerns the supply of wood pellets to the Rokitno Social Welfare Home in 2027. Bids may be submitted for two separate lots: 70 tonnes from January to April and 80 tonnes from May to September. Monthly quantities may change due to weather, and the actual quantity ordered may be reduced by up to 20%. Pellets must be supplied in bags weighing no more than 30 kg, in deliveries of 10–15 tonnes, when ordered by the contracting authority, on working days between 7:00 and 15:00. Each delivery must include a document confirming the fuel’s weight. The authority may arrange laboratory quality checks, and the bidder must replace non-compliant goods at its own expense. The bidder must submit a price form and include packaging, loading, transport and unloading costs in the price. Price accounts for 80 points in the evaluation; the invoice payment period accounts for up to 10 points and delivery response time for up to 10 points. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 October 2026 at 10:00. The contracting authority has set no specific turnover, experience, technical-capacity or professional-capacity thresholds.
