Construction of a shelter and village community centre to open-shell stage in Rzymówka

The procurement covers construction of a shelter and a village community centre in Rzymówka to the open-shell stage. The shelter works include earthworks; a concrete floor, walls, ceiling slab and stairs; damp-proofing and thermal insulation; water and sewer connections; and an electrical connection. The community-centre works include external and partition walls, a timber roof structure, roof covering, sheet-metal details and gutters. The construction site must be cleared and levelled after the works. The minimum warranty period is 36 months. Price accounts for 60% of the score and the offered warranty period for 40%; warranty scoring is capped at 60 months. Workers performing construction tasks, including equipment operators and manual workers, must generally be employed under employment contracts, subject to the exceptions stated in the tender documents. The bid submission deadline is 15 October 2026 at 10:00.
