Construction of a joint office building for the Drogoradz and Turznica forest districts

Summary

The procurement covers construction of a detached joint office building for the Drogoradz and Turznica forest districts in Drogoradz, including external water, sewage and electrical installations, site lighting, landscaping and other site-development works. The contractor must also obtain an occupancy permit. The works must be completed within six months from handover of the construction site. The bidder must have properly completed, within the preceding five years, at least one construction or reconstruction project for a detached timber building worth at least PLN 400,000 gross, and must provide a construction manager, a sanitary works manager and an electrical works manager with the required building qualifications. Bid security of PLN 7,000 is required. Workers performing the specified construction and installation tasks must be employed under employment contracts. Offers are assessed on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the minimum warranty is 60 months, with 20 points for an additional six months and 40 points for an additional twelve months. Before contract signing, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price and liability insurance cover of at least PLN 200,000.
