Renovation works at preschool units in the Municipality of Abramów

Summary

The tender covers renovation and construction works at three preschool units in the Municipality of Abramów and is divided into three lots; bidders may tender for one or more lots. Lot 1 in Abramów includes replacing flooring, repairing and painting walls and ceilings, replacing lighting with LED panels, and installing manually operated vertical blinds. Offers are scored on price (60 points) and warranty period (40 points): 3 years earns 0 points, 4 years 20 points, and 5 years 40 points. The completion period is two months from contract signing for Lots 1 and 2, and 30 January to 11 February 2027 for Lot 3. Offers had to be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 16 October 2026. No bid security is required; the successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 5% of the total tender price.
