Renovation of administrative rooms and support facilities at the E. Dembowski Bilingual Secondary School in Gliwice

Summary

The tender covers Stage I of the renovation of administrative rooms and support facilities in the main building of the E. Dembowski Bilingual General Secondary School in Gliwice. The works include construction and finishing works and the necessary sanitary, water and sewerage, electrical, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning works. The tender price must cover all works required by the design, including work not itemised in the indicative bill of quantities. The works must be organised so that the school can continue operating; working times must be agreed in advance with the head of the institution, the premises must be protected and the work area kept tidy. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. To participate, the bidder must demonstrate at least two relevant construction projects properly completed within the previous five years, each with a gross value of at least PLN 170,000, and provide a construction or project manager with unrestricted structural and building qualifications and at least five years’ management experience in that speciality. No separate financial standing requirement is set. Employees performing construction-related activities must be employed under employment contracts. The tender must include the required declarations and price form, and, where applicable, a power of attorney, documents concerning reliance on other entities’ resources or declarations from joint bidders. The warranty and liability period must be 24–60 months; price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty and liability period for 40%.
