Modernisation and expansion of the municipal nursery playground in Police

Summary

The contract covers the modernisation and expansion of the municipal nursery playground at Robotnicza 15/17 in Police. The works include removing existing play equipment and a disused lighting pole; earthworks and site preparation; forming a mound of approximately 3 × 4.5 m; installing surfacing and about 105 m of flexible edging; protecting four inspection chambers; modifying part of the fence and widening the entrance; and installing three sets of thermoplastic playground markings. Landscaping includes lawns and planting 3 trees, 123 shrubs, 53 ornamental grasses and 39 perennials. The supply and installation scope also includes 8 growing planters, a small shop with a windmill, a vegetable shop, 2 nature discovery stations, art and chalk boards, benches, tables, waste bins, a bicycle rack, an educational shelter of about 6 × 4 m and 2 custom-designed activity boards. The work will take place within an operating childcare facility for children under three, so the work area must be securely separated and activities organised to protect children and others. The completion period is 5–8 weeks from contract signature, as offered by the bidder. Tenders are assessed on price (60%), the guarantee and warranty period (35%) and the completion period (5%). The offered guarantee and warranty period must be at least 24 months. The procurement is indivisible, partial tenders are not permitted, and no tender security is required. The tender must include technical descriptions and the required conformity certificates; the successful bidder must submit a cost estimate for approval before contract signature. Participation requires proof of the specified financial capacity, insurance, relevant experience and availability of a suitably authorised construction manager.
