Construction of a pump track cycling course in Serpelice
Summary
The tender concerns construction of a pump track cycling course in Serpelice. The works include shaping the earth mounds and building the track with a crushed-stone base and asphalt surface; an asphalt-surfaced rest area; LED lighting; panel fencing; benches, a waste bin, a bicycle rack and an information board with track rules; and site monitoring. The contractor must prepare complete as-built documentation, including a geodetic survey and as-built cost estimate, and clean up and restore the site. The track will occupy an area of approximately 48.6 × 24.2 m; the riding surface will be at least 2 m wide and 2.2–2.8 m wide on the banked turns. The works must be completed as a whole for a fixed lump-sum price by 18 June 2027. A bid guarantee of PLN 2,500 is required. Evaluation awards up to 60 points for price and up to 40 points for the warranty and defect-liability period; bidders may offer 36, 48 or 60 months. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the total tender price. To participate, a bidder must have contract-related civil liability insurance with coverage of at least PLN 250,000, have properly completed at least one construction, reconstruction or renovation project for a sports or recreational facility worth at least PLN 250,000 during the previous five years, and provide at least one construction manager with the required building qualifications and membership of the relevant professional chamber. Personnel directly performing physical work must be employed under employment contracts for the period in which they perform that work; this requirement does not apply to people carrying out independent technical functions in construction. The tender must include the required preliminary declaration, and the highest-ranked bidder must provide evidence of insurance, previous work and the team’s qualifications.
