Supply of vehicles adapted for transporting people with disabilities, with eight passenger seats

Summary

The procurement is for the purchase and delivery of two new nine-seat vehicles to a social care home in Mrągowo. The vehicles must be suitable for transporting people with disabilities, including one wheelchair user, and must have been manufactured in 2025 or 2026. Requirements include a diesel engine of at least 1,900 cm³, at least 130 hp, front-wheel drive, Euro 6 emissions and a maximum gross vehicle weight of 3,500 kg. Required equipment includes wheelchair-user safety restraints, front and rear air conditioning, front and rear parking sensors, a spare wheel, summer and winter tyres, and the other safety and comfort equipment listed in the tender documents. The vehicles must have a mechanical warranty of at least 24 months, and an authorised service centre must be no more than 100 km from the contracting authority. The supplier must deliver the vehicles at its own expense, provide the documents needed for registration and road use, and train the contracting authority’s representative to operate the vehicles and equipment. Delivery is due within 7 weeks of signing the contract and no later than 10 December 2026. The bid must include the completed bid form with the technical specification table and a signed declaration concerning exclusion grounds and compliance with participation conditions. Price is the sole award criterion. The bid submission deadline is 14 October 2026 at 10:00.
