Modernisation of the technical facilities and infrastructure for Łowicz municipal transport

Summary

The procurement concerns the modernisation, in two parts, of the technical facilities of the municipal transport operator in Łowicz and related infrastructure. Part 1 covers replacing and extending the existing medium-voltage connection and constructing a 630 kVA, 15.75/0.42 kV transformer substation. Part 2 is a design-and-build contract covering refurbishment of the existing workshop and electric-bus parking and charging areas; electrical, water-supply and stormwater drainage systems; a photovoltaic installation of up to 50 kWp with energy storage; bicycle repair stations; blue-green infrastructure at six locations to be agreed; and a shelter over the bus parking spaces. Workshop works include insulation, interior finishing and building-services upgrades, replacement of doors and windows, and the supply and installation of workshop equipment. Part 2 must be completed within six months of contract signature. The contractor must arrange the required designs, approvals, permits, supervision and tests, and obtain an occupancy permit or another document authorising use. Bids must state a separate lump-sum price and proposed warranty period for each part. The award criteria and their weighting must be checked in the tender documents.
