Modernisation of the changing and sanitary facilities at the sports hall of Primary School No. 5 in Łask

The tender covers modernisation of the changing and sanitary facilities serving the sports hall at Primary School No. 5 in Łask. The works include renovating the changing and washing areas and internal passageways; upgrading the water and sewerage, electrical and heating systems; refurbishing storage rooms; creating two accessible toilets with sanitary fittings; installing changing-room lockers and benches; and adapting the dimensions of the stairs leading to the spectator stands. The contractor must also repair roof flashings and install two electrical distribution boards with power connections. The works must meet sanitary and occupational health and safety requirements. The contract must be completed within five months of signing. Works with a gross value of at least PLN 531,000 must be performed and settled by 15 December 2026. The school will remain in use, so the work area must be secured against unauthorised access, particularly by children, and the work schedule coordinated with the school management. Workers directly carrying out construction activities and construction equipment operators must generally be employed under employment contracts. The bid guarantee is PLN 12,000, and the performance security is 5% of the total bid price. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the offered warranty must be 48–60 months, and the warranty period will also apply as the statutory liability period for defects. Bidders must demonstrate the required experience on two previous construction projects and provide a qualified construction manager. The required declarations must accompany the bid, and the successful bidder must submit a bid cost estimate no later than contract signing.
