Extension of Różana Street in Łochów

Summary

The tender covers construction works to extend a 298.78-metre section of Różana Street in Łochów, including a stormwater sewer. The works include preparatory and earthworks, road sub-base and surfacing, road drainage, traffic safety equipment and street elements, construction of a utility duct and stormwater sewer, finishing works, and as-built surveying. Price carries 60% of the evaluation weight and the warranty period 40%; a 3-year warranty scores 0 points, a 4-year warranty 20 points and a 5-year warranty 40 points. Before signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price. No tender guarantee is required.
