Design documentation for the extension and modernisation of the Wadowice wastewater treatment plant

Summary

The tender covers the preparation of complete design documentation for the extension and modernisation of the Wadowice wastewater treatment plant, including its mechanical and biological treatment processes, sludge processing and biogas infrastructure. The designer must first prepare a concept for the contracting authority’s approval, then complete the design process, obtain the necessary approvals and final building permits, and provide author’s supervision during construction. The work includes, among other things, surveying the existing plant, designing separate implementation stages, environmental documentation, building and detailed designs, geological documentation, technical specifications, bills of quantities and cost estimates, and water and environmental permits. The documentation must allow construction to proceed in stages while the plant remains operational. The main work is due within 18 months of contract signature. The bid guarantee is PLN 36,000, and price is the sole award criterion. The bidder must demonstrate financial capacity of at least PLN 5 million, liability insurance of at least PLN 2 million, relevant wastewater-treatment design and supervision references, and a team of specialists with the required qualifications.
