Reconstruction of municipal roads in Secemin to remedy the effects of natural disasters

Summary

The tender covers the reconstruction of two local roads in the Municipality of Secemin to remedy the effects of natural disasters. Lot 1 concerns a 1 km section of the Bichniów–Czarna Góra road: a 3.5 m-wide bituminous carriageway, 5 m-wide passing places and 0.75 m-wide crushed-stone shoulders are to be built. Lot 2 covers a 400 m section of the Psary–Wola Czaryska road with a similar design. Bids may be submitted for either or both lots. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026, and the bid must include a priced bill of quantities. The works require a warranty of at least 36 months. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and warranty duration for 40%, with the evaluated warranty range capped at 36–60 months. The bidder must demonstrate experience in at least one duly completed road construction, reconstruction, repair or modernisation project worth at least PLN 300,000 gross during the previous five years, and must provide a suitably qualified construction site manager. Physical workers performing direct construction activities must be employed under employment contracts. No bid security is required, but performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price is required.
