Summary

The tender covers the sale and supply of laboratory equipment for the veterinary inspection laboratories in Wrocław. It is divided into 13 packages: laboratory incubators, a water bath, a heating plate, a laboratory centrifuge, a digital trichinoscope, a microscope light source, a PCR thermocycler, two packages of refrigeration equipment, two packages of laminar-flow cabinets, a shaker and a set of nine single-channel pipettes. Bidders may offer for selected packages, but must cover the complete assortment within each package they choose. The supplier must deliver, unload, carry in, install and commission the equipment by 15 December 2026, train the customer’s staff in its operation and use, and provide the necessary documentation. For certain equipment, temperature-distribution calibration by an accredited company and a calibration certificate are required where specified in the technical description. Offers in every package are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%). Depending on the package, the warranty periods scored are 24, 36 or 48 months; 12, 24 or 36 months; or 36, 48 or 60 months. There are no separate participation qualification conditions, but the offer must include the required exclusion declaration and documents proving that each proposed device complies with the specifications.
