Design documentation for thermal modernisation and photovoltaic microgeneration with energy storage at Rybnik’s library and archive buildings

Summary

The City of Rybnik is procuring design and cost-estimating documentation for thermal modernisation and the installation of photovoltaic microgeneration systems with energy storage at two buildings: the library branch at Chabrowa 7 and the records archive at Chabrowa 9. The work includes building surveys and energy audits, designs for all necessary building and specialist works, bills of quantities and investor’s cost estimates, as well as obtaining the necessary approvals and processing a building permit or construction notice. For the archive building, the design must also cover the change of use and adaptation to the applicable requirements. The contract includes author’s supervision and correction of defects. The contract period is 168 days from signing. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and completion time (40%); bidders may offer a period of 136 to 168 days. The bidder must have completed at least two qualifying design projects during the previous three years, each with a gross value of at least PLN 25,000 and concerning a building with a gross volume exceeding 1,000 m³. The offer must include the required forms and declarations; the highest-ranked bidder must provide a list of services and evidence of proper performance when requested. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish.
