Preparation of design documentation for the municipal waste selective collection point in Chodzież

Summary

The Chodzież Municipal Commune is seeking multidisciplinary design and cost documentation for the construction, reconstruction, extension and modernisation of a municipal waste selective collection point (PSZOK). The work includes a site development and architectural concept, construction design and the necessary building permits, as well as technical and detailed designs covering, among other things, building structures, electrical, water and drainage, gas, heating, ventilation, security, fire safety, solar energy and road systems, together with landscaping. The contractor must also prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities for all disciplines and technical specifications for the construction works. The full contract period is four months from signature: the concept is due within three weeks, followed by public consultations, which are to take place within two weeks after submission of the concept. Bidders must demonstrate at least one qualifying previous design project with documentation worth at least PLN 100,000 gross and covering general construction, sanitary and electrical works. The evaluation assigns 60% to price and 40% to the proposed payment term, which must be between 7 and 30 days. Offers must be submitted electronically by 09:00 on 12 October 2026. Partial offers are not permitted, and no tender guarantee is required.
