Supply of wound dressings and surgical drapes

Summary

The contract covers the supply of wound dressings and surgical drapes to a healthcare provider in Strzyżów, divided into 17 lots. The range includes gauze compresses and bandages, adhesive dressings, sterile surgical sets and drapes, plaster and elastic bandages, specialist wound-care products and negative-pressure wound therapy supplies. Deliveries will be made as ordered over 12 months, and bidders may submit offers for any number of lots. Products must meet the technical specifications for the relevant lot, and the required product evidence must be submitted. Medical devices must have valid documents authorising their marketing and use in Poland. Offers are evaluated on price (60%) and partial delivery time (40%). In justified circumstances, the purchaser may order up to 60% less than the initially planned quantity.
