Purchase and delivery of a multipurpose 95–105 hp tractor under the 2025–2026 Civil Protection Programme

Summary

The procurement is for one new, multipurpose 95–105 hp agricultural tractor with properly installed front and rear three-point linkages and the required equipment. The tractor must have been manufactured in 2026 or later, meet Stage V emissions requirements, be factory-approved and type-approved, and be authorised for use on public roads. The technical requirements include, among other things, a 4-cylinder 4,000–4,500 cm³ engine, at least 360 Nm of torque, four-wheel drive, specified hydraulic and lifting capacity, a cab, and trailer coupling and braking equipment.
