Construction of recreational infrastructure on Zwycięstwa Street in Prudnik

Summary

A playground and associated infrastructure will be built on Zwycięstwa Street in Prudnik. The works include demolition, construction of 53 metres of 1.73-metre-high panel fencing with a 1.70-metre-wide service gate, installation of 216.30 m² of gravel surfacing and concrete edging. The project also includes a 4.82 m² sensory path and installation of 6 picnic bench-tables, 4 waste bins, a playground rules board, 3 bicycle stands and one play unit measuring 16.5 × 10.90 m and 7.30 m high. In addition, 35 sensory plants will be planted. The works must follow the design, bill of quantities and technical specifications and be completed within 170 days of signing the contract. Bids will be evaluated on price (60 points) and warranty period (40 points); the warranty must be between 36 and 60 months. The bidder must demonstrate the required experience in constructing, reconstructing, renovating or extending playgrounds and provide a suitably qualified construction manager. Workers carrying out construction tasks or operating equipment or transport must be employed under employment contracts for the duration of the works, except self-employed persons. No bid security is required; the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the bid price.
