Purchase and delivery of furniture and chairs for children’s sensory rooms

Summary

Furniture and chairs are being procured to equip sensory rooms at three municipal nurseries in Zielona Góra. The procurement is divided into three lots, and bidders may submit offers for one, several or all lots. Lot 1 comprises 48 wooden nursery chairs, 8 table sets (8 tabletops and 32 legs in total) and one lockable shelving unit. Lot 2 comprises a storage-cabinet set with seating and three house-shaped cabinets with seats. Lot 3 comprises a furniture set, a wooden playhouse and two children’s furniture sets, each consisting of a table and four chairs. The furniture must meet the dimensions, material, safety and quality requirements in the tender documents and the standards applicable to use in childcare facilities. Equivalent products are permitted, but their equivalence must be demonstrated in a detailed description or list submitted with the offer. The contractor must deliver the furniture, carry it into the rooms, position it, assemble it where necessary and remove waste at its own expense. The delivery period is 30 days from contract signature. Furniture and wooden components, as well as chairs, must carry a minimum 24-month warranty or liability period. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9:00 on 12 October 2026. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%.
