Tender detail
Delivery of training and workshops for the Resko Social Welfare Home project
Summary
The procurement covers the organisation and delivery of two modules of training courses, workshops and meetings for participants, their close contacts and project staff in a project run by the Social Welfare Home in Resko. Module 1 covers cognitive activation and memory training, communication and relationship building, healthy habits, digital services in everyday life, and household budgeting. Module 2 covers first aid, safe home care, community-based support, working with older and disabled people, specialist teamwork, empathetic communication and crisis management, and the standards and legal requirements for community services. The sessions will take place at the Social Welfare Home in Resko during 2026–2028. The service description states that Module 1 comprises 180 training hours over 36 meetings and Module 2 comprises 225 training hours over 23 meetings. However, the offer pricing form lists 195 hours for Module 1, rather than the 180 hours stated in the description; bidders should clarify this inconsistency with the contracting authority before preparing their offer. Target groups are project participants (50 people), relatives and carers (12 people), and project staff (12 people). Group size depends on the topic and is generally 8–12 people, or 10 people for some staff training. The contractor must prepare and deliver the training as a complete service, provide trainers qualified for each topic, prepare programmes suited to the target groups, supply necessary materials and equipment, and adapt delivery to older people, people with disabilities and people needing daily support. At every session, the contractor must provide coffee, tea, mineral water, cold drinks, sugar or sweetener, milk and a light snack throughout the session. Participants must receive a certificate of attendance or a certificate as specified for each topic; learning outcomes must be assessed where a certificate is required. Offers are evaluated on price, the relevant training experience of the designated trainers during the preceding three years, and a social aspect under which the tenderer may declare that it will employ at least one person with a disability to perform the relevant module.
