Supply of a physiotherapy device

Summary

The procurement is for one new device, manufactured in 2026, for non-invasive, high-intensity electromagnetic stimulation of tissues for physiotherapy. It must support, among other uses, pain reduction, muscle stimulation, assistance with joint mobility, and rehabilitation after injuries and fractures. The device must have at least two independent treatment channels and two applicators, active cooling for continuous operation, adjustable treatment intensity from 0–100%, a frequency range of 1–150 Hz, and a colour touchscreen of at least 12 inches. Each coil in the dual-field applicator must have an induction of at least 2.4 T, and the dynamic applicator must provide at least 2.6 T. Maximum dimensions are 600 × 1,200 × 580 mm and maximum weight is 45 kg. The supplier must deliver the device to Wałcz, bring it inside, install and commission it, train users, provide a Polish-language user manual and technical documentation, and provide warranty service. The manufacturer’s warranty must be at least 24 months. The offer must include the prescribed form and an annex identifying the manufacturer and model; price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the defect-liability period for 40%. The submission deadline is 9 October 2026 at 12:00, and delivery is due no later than 25 November 2026.
