Supply of an EEG device

Summary

The tender covers the supply of one complete, factory-new EEG system manufactured in 2026 for the MSWiA Hospital in Rzeszów. The system must support video EEG, LTM and PSG examinations as well as Holter EEG recording, including up to 96 hours of recording. The package includes amplifiers for the different examinations, electrodes and accessories, a photostimulator, two controllable PTZ video cameras, computers, monitors, and diagnostic and analysis software. The software must support functions including synchronised video-EEG recording, automatic event detection and EEG trend analysis. The mandatory technical specification sets out the detailed configuration; equivalent solutions are permitted if their compliance is demonstrated. The supplier must deliver the equipment at its own cost and risk within 28 days of contract signature, commission it ready for use, and provide free training for medical staff on operation and energy efficiency. The requirements include a warranty of at least 36 months, spare-parts availability for at least 10 years after installation, authorised warranty and post-warranty service in Poland, free periodic inspections at least annually or as recommended by the manufacturer, and an electronic user manual in Polish. The bid must include documents proving the equipment’s technical characteristics and compliance with medical-device marketing requirements, as well as the completed technical schedule, pricing form and environmental scoring sheet. Price, technical assessment and environmental/DNSH performance carry weights of 60%, 30% and 10%, respectively. Bids must be submitted electronically through the platform in Polish by 9 October 2026 at 9:00. No separate bidder turnover, experience or staffing requirements are set.
