Modernisation of Municipal Roads – Stage II

Summary

The tender covers the reconstruction and upgrading of six municipal roads in Czchów, Złota, Tymowa, Wytrzyszczka, Będzieszyna and Domosławice. The works include asphalt surfacing and a two-layer asphalt overlay, cleaning and priming the base, constructing and shaping aggregate bases, cutting and filling road shoulders with aggregate, earthworks and installing one culvert. The technical specification includes, among other items, cleaning and priming 3,352.4 m² of base and laying a 6 cm two-layer asphalt overlay over the same area; the precise quantities and locations are set out in the tender documents. Bids may not be submitted for separate lots. The bidder must demonstrate experience completing at least one road works contract worth PLN 250,000 gross or more within the last five years, provide a site manager with the required roadworks qualifications, and have access to an asphalt-mix plant from which the mix can be transported to and laid at the site within no more than two hours. The works must be completed within 30 days of signing the contract, and the minimum warranty period is 36 months. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); a warranty period of up to 60 months may be taken into account. Before signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide liability insurance covering at least the gross contract value and performance security of 5% of that value. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10:00 on 16 October 2026.
