Supply of IT equipment for e-services, divided into lots

Summary

The tender covers the supply of IT equipment for the provision of e-services to the municipalities of Kargowa, Babimost, Trzebiechów and Bojadła. It is divided into four lots, and bidders may submit an offer for one or more selected lots. Depending on the lot, the equipment includes computers and other computer hardware, scanners, printers and graphics equipment, label-making machines, barcode readers, software and operating systems. The exact items and technical specifications are set out separately for each lot in the technical schedule. Delivery is due within 14 days of contract signature. For each lot, the bidder must demonstrate at least three IT equipment deliveries completed during the previous three years, each with a contract value of at least PLN 20,000 gross. The bid must include the completed offer form and technical schedule, as well as a declaration concerning exclusion grounds and participation conditions. The technical schedule cannot be supplemented later. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and manufacturer warranty (40%); the highest warranty score is available for offering the maximum scored warranty period for all equipment in the relevant lot, as specified in the technical schedule.
