Removal of Asbestos-Containing Materials from Properties in the Municipality of Świdwin

Summary

The procurement is for removing, transporting and disposing of asbestos-containing materials from properties in the Municipality of Świdwin. The work includes dismantling approximately 5,494 m², or 98.892 tonnes, of asbestos roofing and collecting and transporting approximately 2,670 m², or 48.06 tonnes, of asbestos waste already stored at properties. The waste must be delivered to a landfill authorised to accept hazardous asbestos waste and disposed of properly. The final scope depends on the actual quantity handed over, and the property list and schedule may change. Within 30 days of signing the contract, the contractor must agree a work schedule with property owners, weigh the waste at each property using a legally verified portable scale, and provide weighing and waste-transfer records, evidence of landfill acceptance, and confirmations that the work was properly completed and the area cleaned. The relevant authorities must also be notified in accordance with applicable requirements. Employees driving waste-transport vehicles, operating their technical equipment, and carrying out dismantling and loading work must be hired under employment contracts. The work must be completed within 241 days of contract signature and no later than 31 August 2027. The service is covered by a 24-month warranty. Price is the sole award criterion.
