Construction of the municipal road on Słoneczna Street and internal roads on Żytnia and Hetmańska Streets, and renovation of Gawła Street in Otyń

Summary

The tender covers construction of the municipal road on Słoneczna Street in Otyń, construction of the internal roads on Żytnia and Hetmańska Streets, and renovation of Gawła Street. The works include, among other things, rebuilding junctions and access points, constructing pavements and reinforced shoulders, providing road drainage and street lighting, and modifying or protecting existing utility networks and infrastructure affected by the works. On Gawła Street, approximately 41.3 metres of road surface and property access points will be renovated. The detailed scope is set out in the design documentation. The works must be completed within 16 months of contract signature and carry a 60-month warranty and liability period. All workers performing construction activities must be employed under employment contracts. The tender guarantee is PLN 20,000, and the performance security is 5% of the tender price including VAT. Price is the sole award criterion. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10:00 on 16 October 2026. Participation requires meeting the financial capacity, previous roadworks experience and qualified team requirements.
