Recurring propane deliveries for heating and tank rental at the Szczecin Technical Service Base

Summary

The procurement is for recurring deliveries of an estimated 120,000 litres of liquid propane for heating and the rental, supply and installation of an above-ground 6,700-litre tank at the Lotnicze Pogotowie Ratunkowe Szczecin base at Szczecin-Goleniów Airport. The work includes connecting the tank to the existing gas and earthing systems, carrying out the required tests and acceptance procedures, and providing as-built documentation. Installation, testing, acceptance and documentation must be completed within 14 calendar days of contract signature. Gas deliveries will continue for up to 36 months or until the contract amount is used, whichever occurs first; each order must be fulfilled within 48 hours. The gas must comply with Polish standard PN-C-96008 or an equivalent standard, and delivery is at the supplier’s cost and risk. The supplier must maintain a valid licence for trading in liquid fuels, appropriate insurance and qualified installation personnel, and provide tank maintenance and a 24-hour emergency service. The bid price comprises the gas price, based on weekly wholesale quotations plus a fixed margin, and the tank rental charge.
