Winter maintenance of municipal roads in Sułoszowa municipality, 2026/2027

Summary

The procurement covers winter maintenance of municipal roads and parking areas in Sułoszowa municipality during the 2026/2027 season, divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers the villages of Sułoszowa and Wola Kalinowska, and Lot 2 covers Wielmoża. The work covers approximately 36.5 km in total and includes snow clearance, anti-skid treatment, and combined snow clearance and anti-skid treatment. The precise scope depends on the lot and the routes listed in the tender documents. Roads must be cleared by 7:00 a.m. and treated continuously when slippery. The contractor must supply spreading materials such as sand, grit and salt and use permitted, compliant materials. The contract runs from signing until no later than 15 April 2027. Price is the sole award criterion. To participate, a bidder must hold liability insurance of at least PLN 70,000 and must have completed, during the previous three years, at least one winter road-maintenance contract lasting at least four months and covering at least 10 km of roads for the relevant lot. Specific equipment is also required: for both lots, a truck-mounted plough-and-gritter with a capacity of at least 5 m³, a wheeled tractor fitted with a plough and spreading equipment, and a backhoe loader or excavator; Lot 2 additionally requires a rotary snow plough. Staff driving or operating specified machinery must be employed under employment contracts throughout the contract period. The bid must include the required declarations and offer form; the highest-ranked bidder will be asked for evidence of qualifications and equipment, as well as proof of insurance.
