Modernization of the Heating Substation and Water Connection at the District Prosecutor’s Office in Pruszków

Summary

The procurement covers modernization of the heating substation and water connection, together with planned renovation and construction works, at the District Prosecutor’s Office building at Stalowa 33 in Pruszków. The works include dismantling and disposal of existing equipment and installations; renovation of rooms and fire-safety works; supply and installation of substation equipment and pipework, ventilation, controls and electrical systems; renewal of water pipes; and works on the drainage connections and cooling sump. The contractor must also test, flush and commission the systems and arrange acceptance by the local heat supplier. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026, with acceptance and settlement by 22 December 2026; the quality guarantee is 60 months. Price is the only award criterion. To qualify, the bidder must demonstrate at least one properly completed construction project during the preceding five years involving modernization of a heating substation and water connection, with a gross value of at least PLN 190,000. A PLN 4,000 bid guarantee is required. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross bid price and maintain civil-liability insurance throughout the works with coverage of at least the gross contract value.
