Recurring deliveries of pork and poultry products to Sieraków Śląski Prison

Summary

The contract covers recurring deliveries of pork and poultry products, including processed meat products, to the food store of Sieraków Śląski Prison from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027. It is divided into four lots: pork sausages and cured meats; poultry sausages and other poultry meat products; poultry meat, including frozen chicken hindquarters and fresh offal; and fresh pork and beef, lard, pork fat and skinless jowl. Bidders may submit an offer for one, several or all lots. Quantities are estimates and may be reduced by up to 50%; payment is made only for goods actually delivered. Deliveries are made as required, Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 12:00, normally with at least one day’s notice. The supplier must provide transport meeting sanitary requirements and products that meet the specified quality and labelling requirements. Any defective batch must be replaced at the supplier’s expense within 24 hours. Price is the sole award criterion and is worth 100 points. Bidders must submit an offer and a declaration confirming that no exclusion grounds apply; no specific bidder qualification conditions have been set.
