Purchase, delivery and installation of LED screens at the Ducal Palace in Zatonie

Summary

The procurement covers the purchase, delivery and installation of 15 m² of LED video-screen modules in the rooms of the Ducal Palace in Zatonie, together with the necessary control and accessory equipment. Two screen-support structures are to be installed. The system must allow either two 3,000 × 2,000 mm screens to be used or modules to be combined into a larger 5,000 × 3,000 mm screen. The supply includes LED screens, synchronous and asynchronous controllers, a fibre-optic converter and at least 200 m of fibre-optic cable, as well as wheeled transport cases, support beams and hoists. The work includes designing the structures and installation, obtaining the required heritage-conservation approvals, supplying, installing and commissioning the equipment, and preparing as-built documentation. Work will be supervised for heritage conservation; the historic building must be protected and the conservation decisions followed. The completion period is 70 days from contract signing. A warranty of at least 36 months and technical support during the warranty period are required. Partial and variant bids are not permitted, and no bid guarantee is required. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%. Bids must be submitted electronically by 09:00 on 13 October 2026.
