Renovation works at two district prosecutor’s office buildings in Krakow

Summary

The procurement covers two separate lots of renovation works at district prosecutor’s office buildings in Krakow, and bidders may submit offers for both lots. At the Prądnik Biały building, the work includes painting room and stairwell walls and ceilings, together with preparatory and protective work. At the Nowa Huta building, the work includes painting the vestibule, main hall, stairwell halls and basement corridors, including 22 doors and installation cabinets; repairing a 100-metre strip around the building and the external basement stairs with a canopy and gutters; repairing chipped edges on the internal stairs; and removing mould and restoring water-damaged plaster in room 06 and on basement walls. Materials must be new and supported by the required documentation; the paint must be ceramic paint with abrasion resistance class I. The work also includes protecting the premises, cleaning and removing waste. Both lots must be completed by 18 December 2026. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%. The offer must be submitted in Polish, duly electronically signed, by 08:00 on 16 October 2026. No specific turnover, experience or technical-capacity criteria are set; the offer must include the required declaration concerning exclusion grounds and fulfilment of participation conditions.
