Reconstruction of roads in the Świątki residential area – Tulipanowa Street

Summary

The tender covers the reconstruction of roads on Tulipanowa Street in the Świątki residential area of Szczecinek, in accordance with the design documentation and construction specifications. The work also includes remedying defects found during construction, at acceptance, and during the warranty and defect-liability periods. The detailed scope is defined by the design documents and technical specifications; the bills of quantities are for information only, and the design documents and specifications prevail in case of discrepancies. The works must be completed within 50 days of contract signature, and construction must start no later than 7 days after the site is handed over. The bid must include the completed bid form and a declaration that the bidder is not subject to exclusion and meets the participation conditions. Where applicable, it must also include proof of authority to sign and a list of subcontracted work and known subcontractors. No economic, financial, technical or professional qualification conditions have been set. The tender guarantee is PLN 5,300, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total gross contract value. During contract performance, employees carrying out the work must be employed under employment contracts, except for the site manager and works managers. Bids will be assessed on price (60%) and an extension of the minimum quality warranty period (40%). The minimum warranty is 36 months and may be extended by up to 24 months for evaluation purposes. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10:00 on 16 October 2026. The contract is not divided into lots, and each bidder may submit only one bid. The contracting authority may hold negotiations with bidders.
