Supply and installation of network and IT security infrastructure for kindergartens in Tychy

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of network and IT security infrastructure at 16 public kindergartens in the city of Tychy. The scope includes, among other items, 16 next-generation firewall devices with security-service subscriptions for at least 12 months, 16 managed 24-port PoE switches, 46 8-port PoE switches, 51 Wi-Fi 6 access points, 16 two-bay NAS servers with 32 hard drives of at least 4 TB each, as well as UPS units, optical modules, racks, cabling and installation materials. The contractor must install, configure and integrate the equipment, install or extend the LAN cabling, test the systems, provide as-built documentation, deliver at least 4 hours of administrator training and provide warranty service. All work must be completed by 15 December 2026 at the latest. The bidder must demonstrate proper completion within the last 3 years of at least one qualifying network or IT infrastructure supply contract with a gross value of at least PLN 100,000. The bid must include manufacturer documents confirming the technical parameters of the offered equipment. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%.
