Delivery of heating oil to boiler rooms in public buildings in Gzy Municipality

Summary

Gzy Municipality is procuring deliveries of heating oil to the boiler rooms of its public buildings for the 2026/2027 heating season. A total of up to 50,000 litres is required: 44,500 litres are guaranteed, with an option for up to an additional 5,500 litres. Deliveries will be made in batches to three locations: public buildings at Gzy 59 (approximately 31,000 litres), the primary school in Skaszewo Włościańskie (approximately 16,000 litres), and the community facility at Gzy 8 (approximately 3,000 litres). The oil must comply with standard PN-C-96024:L1, and each delivery must be accompanied by a quality certificate. Delivery is generally required by 30 June 2027; option deliveries ordered after that date, but no later than 30 September 2027, may depend on the supplier’s consent. The bidder must hold a licence to trade in liquid fuels and civil liability insurance of at least PLN 220,000. A PLN 3,900 bid guarantee is required. Offers are evaluated on price (60%) and delivery time (40%); the delivery period must be 2–5 working days. The submission deadline is 9 October 2026 at 10:00.
