Expansion of the Ciekocino School Building and Construction of an Internal Road

Summary

The procurement covers expansion of the school building in Ciekocino and comprehensive development of the school premises and surroundings. The works include a new school building with classrooms, a dining area, a library, a sports hall and other rooms; water, sewerage, heating, electrical and ventilation systems; installation of a heat pump; rainwater and wastewater tanks; an internal road and bus bay, parking spaces, a playground, fencing, landscaping and school equipment. Among other obligations, the contractor must maintain electricity supply to nearby residents during outages lasting more than four hours and ensure that the Orange telecommunications network continues to operate during network works. The contractor must also obtain the documents and permits required for use of the building. The works must be completed by 19 November 2027. Interim deadlines are 31 December 2026 for reconstruction of the electricity network, 30 April 2027 for completion of the building in a closed shell state, and 31 July 2027 for completion of the school section and the documents required to use it. Tenders are due by 10:00 on 20 October 2026; a tender must remain valid for 30 days and include a PLN 120,000 bid guarantee. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and warranty duration for 40%; the required minimum warranty is 48 months, while a 60-month warranty receives more points. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total tender price. The bidder must demonstrate the specified previous construction experience and appoint four separate construction or works managers with the required qualifications and experience.
